Exclusive Use Of Facility
If your event requires the private use of the reserved space, where other patrons will not have access to those areas, this is an Exclusive Use event and will require a room rental fee and minimum spend with Hemlock Grill. Events in which other patrons may occupy areas in which you are holding your event are considered Non-Exclusive events and require a reduced minimum spend with Hemlock Grill.
