Our next & last Fireside dinner will be the 15th & 16th. Saturday the 16th has already sold out, but we do have a few seats still available for Friday the 15th. Beautiful wines from @olmsteadwine paired with our crudités with pipian rojo, shrimp aguachile, mole amarillo with tamale dumplings, pork barbacoa - duck carnitas - mushroom chicharron tacos, salsa boracha, Serrano cilantro salsa, escabeche, rajas, frijoles charros, @elbarriotortillasysalsas, @mitierratortillas & to finish, a pile of Churros & Cajeta. 🇲🇽

Next week’s Fireside dinners (26th & 27th) will be based on Chef @saenzin & @becca.saenz 2 week travels through Mexico. We will post a menu early next week, but most tickets have been sold, a few seats left for each night, so please grab your seats before it’s too late. We are all very excited for this dinner.

Hey friends, a few things to let you know. We will be closing next Tuesday (12/19) until Thursday (1/4) to give our team a nice holiday break. Please stop by before then, to satisfy your Hemlock cravings. Also, our next Fireside dinners will be January 26th & 27th, so don’t forget to get your tickets. Keep your eye out for chef’s posts on the menu. We want to wish everyone a safe & wonderful holidays. Thank you for your continued patronage. We are so happy & blessed many of you have made our little place, on a public golf course, your go to.
