How many people does the room fit?

Main dining room:

What is the fee for renting the room?

We work off a food & beverage minimum. All food and beverage for the party works towards this minimum, including open bar or cash bar spent during your event. The minimum is dependent on time of year, length, and the amount of dining areas that are being used. Taxes and gratuity do not count towards the minimum

There is a small fee of $50/hour that goes directing to the Town of Brookline.

Do I have to get food through Hemlock Grill? Can I bring a cake?

We do require all food to be purchased through Hemlock Grill. Guests are allowed to bring in a small amount of Kosher meals for guests that require. Cakes and other desserts are welcome with no cutting or plating fee.

Is there a special events menu?

We have specific menus that can be found here if there is something else you were hoping to have please reach out and we can work together to build a menu that will work for you and your event.

Can I view the space?

You are more than welcome to come take a look during any of our hours of operation. Please note that an appointment must be made for any meetings for planning and questions. 

Do you supply tablecloths? What are the rules for decorating? When do we get access to the space?

We supply white linen tablecloths for tables and the buffet. You will have access to the space an hour early for light decorations, and arrangements for dropping other items off prior to the event can be arranged.

Please note: Absolutely no glitter or confetti is allowed, as a cleaning fee will apply with any found after the event. Also, no tacks or nails, please use easy removable tape.  Please consider it has to be broken down at the conclusion of the event. Flowers are the most impactful, both on the dining tables and surrounding level surfaces.

What happens in the case of inclement weather?

We do our best with regards to contingency plans. The upper patio is partially covered in the event of rain. The lower patio is open to the elements, and we can assist with a tent rental. Rentals do require advanced notice.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Our staff has been educated and has experience in serving guests will all sorts of dietary restrictions. We can work together to make sure your event is safe and inclusive for all diets.
Note: We are not a Kosher kitchen. If you have guests dining with you that require a Kosher meal you may arrange to have food dropped off for them.

Do I have to put down a deposit? What is your cancelation policy?

To secure your date there is a 50% deposit. 

Cancelation policy is as follows:

14+ Day Cancelation: Full deposit refund

7-14 Day Cancelation: Half refund

Under 7 Day Cancelation: No refund

What forms of payment do you accept?

Check is preferred and can be made out to Gamehenge Golf, LLC

Is gratuity included?

A minimum of 18% gratuity is added on to your event, you are welcome to choose to tip more. All the gratuities go towards both our front and house staff and not the management nor ownership. Gratuity does not count towards the food & beverage minimum.

When do I need to have my final number of guests?

We ask for a final number no later than 14 days before your event, this is to make sure we are able to order, prep, and execute for the correct number of guests.

Can you cater my event off-site?

We cater outside events on a case to case basis. We do not deliver and we do not staff these events.

Can I have a DJ and dance floor?

Absolutely! Space can be made to accommodate both of these. Please be aware that this may affect the seating capacity of your event. If you are looking for someone to DJ we can send you some people we’ve worked with in the past that come highly recommended.

Can we do our own Audio / Video?

You’re welcome to make a playlist to play over our in-house speakers. Sharing it through Spotify is best. Slideshows and Videos can be played through our 50+ inch TV in the main dining room. The TV has an HDMI input, and we do not supply any other adapters. The TV is video only and will not sync to any music or sound.

How do the bar beverages work?

All beverages consumed during the event must be purchased through Hemlock Grill. We can work together to create a beverage program that works best for you. This can be an open bar, cash bar, and limited or specialty menus. 

What is the parking like?

We have a 120+ space parking lot the is to the left as you enter off the road. This will be open throughout and after your event. There are spaces in front of the clubhouse for drop-offs and handicap parking.

Do you have internet?

Yes, we have free wifi for public use. The network is named ‘Brookline Golf’ and there is no password.
